Resources supported by Biohub

The following resources are platforms, software, and projects that support open science practices among biomedical researchers:

• Open Science Resources website: this website, which contains a great deal of information about open science practices
• EOSS: Essential Open Source Software for Science, a collection of software projects foundational for biomedical research that is available for researchers
• openRxiv: formerly biorxiv and medRxiv, openRxiv is a free online archive and distribution site for unpublished manuscripts (sometimes called preprints)
• protocols.io: platform for sharing reproducible scientific research methods
